Dr. Lee graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelors in Biology from the Kennesaw State University. She then received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She provided dental needs for Special Olympics participants.Her goal is to provide the best dental care and promote oral health to all patients. When outside of the office, she loves spending time with her husband, their dog and newborn twins. She enjoys traveling, snowboarding and photography.
Lacy has been with Tolono Family Dental since the end of January. Previously she worked as a Vet Tech for 6 years and a Nurse for 4. She has been married to her awesome husband for almost 18 years and they have 3 gorgeous kids who are 17,16, and 13 years old. They are her whole world but also drive her crazy on a daily basis. She loves animals and vacations with her huge family. Her favorite food is Mexican and Portillos chocolate cake is her absolute favorite at the moment, hint hint ;)
Lucy has been an extended function dental assistant for 8 years and she loves her job! She has 2 wonderful daughters (9 and 2 years old) and she's been married for 10 years. In her free time Lucy enjoys spending time with her family.
Kelsey has been a hygienist for 1 year. She graduated from Lake Land College DH Program in 2018. She is very friendly and enjoys educating patients about oral health and it's importance on your overall health. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family, friends, and boyfriend. Fun Fact: She can also quote any episode from Spongebob Squarepants!

We are a small town office and we focus on providing personalized and detail-oriented family/general dentistry with the highest level of patient satisfaction. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. With a variety of services we offer, we are confident that you will feel right at home at our dental office.
We accept most public and private insurance plans. We also offer special pricing for cash-paying patients for most procedures.
1. What can you expect for your first visit?
Most times, if you do not have a dental emergency, we recommend you to have a full exam. It includes a full set of x-rays, gum evaluation, teeth evaluation and oral cancer screening. In most cases we can do your cleaning at this visit if you do not have signs of gum disease.
2. What paper work do I need?
To make your visit run more smoothly, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out your new patient paperwork. Also, please bring a copy of your insurance card to your first appointment.
3. What about dental insurance and copayment?
We are a PPO provider with most major dental insurance companies including Delta Dental. So, you do not have to file any claims. We will do everything for you! On the first appointment, we will check your eligibility and coverage for you. The co-payment day on the service , however payment arrangement can be made on case-by-case basis. We take cash, check, credit card and care credit.
4. How about I do not have any dental insurance?
To serve our community and help as many people as we can, we proposed an in-house discount/insurance plan. It is called AVP membership. Please call for details.
